Cardioid polar pattern reduces pickup of sound from the sides and rear. Switchable low-frequency roll-off minimizes rumble and boominess. Gold-plated XLRM-type connector resists corrosion and provides faultless signal. Operates on battery or phantom power. 6′ cable permanently attached between the mic and power module.
